Terms of Use

Last updated 21 October 2026

Thank you for using TrongTime ("we", "our", or "us"). These terms apply between us and the business that uses TrongTime (the customer). By signing up for or using the service, the customer accepts these terms and the privacy policy.

1. Accepting these terms

The service is for business use. Whoever creates a company in the system must accept these terms on the company's behalf, and confirms they have the authority to do so. We keep proof of acceptance: who accepted, the version of the terms, and the date and time.

2. The service

TrongTime records workers' working time from photos that supervisors send in LINE groups, recognizes faces, and sums up hours and wages on the web. It counts working time only; it does not judge whether anyone was on time or late.

3. User accounts

  • Give accurate information, and do not let others use the email address or Google account you sign in with
  • The customer sets each team member's permissions and is responsible for how its team uses the account

4. Free trial

  • 14 days free with no card. The trial starts at the first clock-in, not on the day of sign-up
  • One trial per business
  • If no plan has been chosen after 14 days, the web app is limited to viewing data, exporting and paying, and time is still recorded for 7 more days
  • After that, photos are no longer processed, and all data is deleted 60 days after the trial ends, with 7 days' notice

5. Plans and payment

  • Prices are in Thai baht as shown on the website, paid in advance monthly or yearly. Yearly plans cost 10 months and run for 12
  • Pay by card, which renews automatically, or by PromptPay against an invoice, through Stripe
  • Plans count only workers who still clock in. A plan may run over by up to 10 workers for every 100; beyond that, the plan must change
  • If prices change, we give at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from the next billing period, and yearly customers keep their price until the paid year ends
  • If a payment fails, we tell you straight away and give you 7 days to pay. If it is still unpaid, the web app is limited to viewing data, exporting and paying. While a payment is overdue, time is still recorded in LINE groups as usual, because workers' wages depend on it

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • No lock-in. Cancel at any time and use the service until the end of the period you paid for
  • No refunds for paid periods that are only partly used
  • After the service ends, the customer can export data for 90 more days. The data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy, with 7 days' notice

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Inform workers and obtain their explicit consent before collecting their faces, as the Personal Data Protection Act requires. For workers who are minors, obtain consent as the law requires
  • Use facial data only to record working time, never for surveillance or any other purpose
  • Send photos only of workers involved in the work
  • Review items the system is unsure about, and check hours and wages before paying
  • Follow labour law and other laws that apply to employment

8. Accuracy

Face recognition can make mistakes. The system records on its own only faces it is highly confident about, and sends uncertain ones to the customer to confirm. Hours and wages are calculated from the recorded times and the customer's settings; the customer decides the amounts actually paid.

9. Customer data

  • Data that the customer and its workers put into the system belongs to the customer
  • We process worker data only on the customer's instructions and as described in the privacy policy
  • The customer allows us to use data only as far as needed to provide the service, keep it secure and fix problems, and for no other purpose
  • The customer can export data to Excel or PDF at any time while using the service

10. Prohibited use

  • Using the service unlawfully or in breach of other people's rights
  • Trying to reach another company's data, or disrupting the system
  • Reverse engineering or copying the system, or reselling the service without permission
  • Sending photos that were not taken at the time, such as photos of a screen or old photos, to clock someone else in or to falsify working time
  • Using programs or scripts to send photos or commands to LINE groups automatically

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Parts of the service depend on outside providers such as LINE. We give notice before planned maintenance.

12. LINE and other providers

The service works through LINE, so the customer's and supervisors' use of LINE is also subject to LINE's terms. If LINE or another provider we use changes its terms, or limits or stops its service, we may have to change how the service works, and will tell customers promptly.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid us in the 3 months before the event.

14. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end the service if the customer does not pay, breaks these terms, or the law requires it. We give notice in advance, except in urgent cases where we must prevent harm to the system or to others.

15. Changes to these terms

For significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the web app at least 30 days before they take effect. Using the service after that means accepting the new terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

17. Feedback

If the customer gives feedback about the service, we may use it to improve the service without payment.
